Krengel absolutely loves the “COUNTRY”!!! Junior star Erez “Ice” Krengel hit a monumental game winning three pointer with 11.2 seconds left to bring the Yavneh Bulldogs from behind to win 73 miles from home. It was the second time Krengel hit a game winning three in the final seconds this season, both coming in extremely rural environments. After blowing Covington out earlier in the year at Yavneh, the Bulldogs found an entirely different team waiting for them out yonder. The opening minutes felt just
Yavneh (15-12) will finish the season at home against Lewisville Temple Christian next Thursday night, February 15. The game will mark the end of high school careers’ for Sam Pulitzer, Aviv Schor, and Charlie Saginaw. Last season, the Bulldogs defeated LTC twice in nip and tuck affairs that came down to the wire.
